Use lynk2.me with Tweetie 2 on your iPhone!

lynk2.me can now be used as your URL shortening service for Tweetie 2.x on your iPhone!
 
Simply go into your Tweetie Settings and navigate to Services > URL Shortening > Custom... and then enter the following URL:

You can now generate lynk2.me short URLs by emailing your long URL to link@lynk2.me!
 
On the go? Use your cell phone and e-mail your long URL to link@lynk2.me and get a reply within seconds with a smaller lynk2.me short URL!
 
Use any subject you want (your subject will be referenced in the reply e-mail), then simply put the long URL in the e-mail body.
(Note: Only 1 URL per e-mail! Any additional URLs besides the first wil be ignored.)
 
As a member you can also create custom names (i.e. http://myname.lynk2.me) via e-mail.

Other Features

Safe-Mode:

All lynk2.me links can be used with the safe-mode option by placing /s/ or /safe/ in front of any existing link name (i.e. http://lynk2.me/safe/abc). The safe-mode option allows you to view the destination URL rather than being redirected automatically. In addition some detailed information about the URL will be displayed so you can determine if it is safe to visit. Using the button above to turn Safe-Mode On or Off for All Links will allow you to view all lynk2.me links in safe-mode without having to add /s/ or /safe/!
